Return/Refund Policy

RETURN DEADLINE:

Our return policy is active for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Please direct all returns to us, not to the original supplier.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable): Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items that show signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us via the email provided on our website.  

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS:

To return your product, please contact us for instructions. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES:

For subscription services, we offer free access to certain AIs to allow you to evaluate the service. If you decide to subscribe after the trial, your payment method will be charged. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel the next payment no later than 24 hours before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this 24-hour period before billing.
